If your bracelet has broken please email us with your name, shipping address and a picture of your damaged bracelet. We will send you a replacement.
Shipping for single items, maybe fewer than three is just a buck( you should not have to pay more than you have to, and USPS is very reliable) If something goes wrong, we will take care of it. Additional services such as USPS tracking is $4.00
